⚓️ Anchor In
When your thoughts feel like tumbleweeds.
Sit with both feet flat on the ground.
Inhale slowly. Picture lake water rising to meet your breath.
Exhale longer. Picture the ripples spreading out.
Whisper: I don’t have to hold everything right now.
Stay here for three more rounds. Let yourself settle.

⚓️ Release & Renew
When you need to let go of what’s no longer serving you — but gently, with love.
Find a quiet spot and imagine yourself on the dock.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply, feeling your feet connect to the wood or water beneath you.
Visualize setting a paper boat into the water. Whisper or think of something you’re ready to release (e.g., doubt, frustration).
Watch it float away, carried by the current.
Place your hand on your heart and set an intention for what you’re inviting in (e.g., clarity, courage).

⚓️ Compassion Loop
When you are being hard on yourself.
Place a hand over your heart.
Say: “This is hard. I’m doing my best.”
Repeat once more, but softer.
Imagine sending that same message to someone you love.

⚓️ Grounding in the Eye of the Storm
When the noise of the day starts to rattle your spirit
Sit or stand with both feet flat on the ground.
Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Do this 3 times.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your heart.
Whisper: “I am steady, even when the world is not.”
Repeat until your breath feels like your own again.

⚓️ Current Check-In
When you don’t know how you feel
Scan your body from head to toe.
Where’s the tension? Where’s the ease?
No judgment. Just noticing.
Place a hand where it feels most alive.

⚓️ Rooted, even in the fog
When you feel like you are drifting through your days instead of living them.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Breathe in slowly. Breathe out slower.
Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth beneath you — not perfect, not symmetrical, just enough to anchor you.
Whisper to yourself:
“I am still rooted. Even now. Even in this.”
Let your breath rock gently like fog over water. Stay for a moment longer than you want to.
Then return.

⚓️ Spark Reset
When you’re tired of spinning your wheels and ready to shift.
Light a candle (or imagine the flick of a match).
Inhale deeply, picture the flame getting stronger.
Say: “I ignite what matters. I burn away the rest.”
Exhale like you’re blowing ash from old stories.
Take one tiny, bold action that matches your flame.

⚓️ Keep the Fire Burning
when you need a moment to soak in what’s already yours.
Sit somewhere still and steady. Doesn’t have to be dramatic — just not in front of five open tabs.
Place one hand gently on your belly. The other on your heart if you feel extra poetic.
Breathe in deeply through your nose, filling your belly.
Exhale through pursed lips, slow and steady, like you’re blowing on embers.
Say aloud (or whisper if the dog is judging you): I have already begun.
Picture a warm ember glowing in your core — not flashy, not gone, just there. Steady. Waiting.
Inhale again. Feel that ember. Exhale, feed it.
Whisper: Momentum stays with me when I stay with myself

⚓️ Gather the Gold
When you need a moment to soak in what’s already yours.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a few deep, slow breaths — in through your nose, out through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop. Feel the weight of your body settle into this moment.
Now imagine the light of late summer — that golden, hazy kind — warming your skin letting it wrap around you like a soft blanket.
Inhale… and call to mind one thing that’s quietly bloomed for you this season.
A joy. A habit. A part of yourself you’ve reclaimed…Even if it feels small — let it arrive.
Let that awareness glow inside you — like a golden ember in your chest.
As you breathe, say softly (in your mind or aloud): I see what’s been growing. I welcome what’s mine.
Stay here for a few more breaths. Bask in what’s already come to life. Then whisper: I carry this gold with me.
When you feel ready, open your eyes.

⚓️ Shedding Season
When you feel like you’re clinging to what’s already fading.
Visualize a leaf drifting down from a branch.
With each exhale, let go a little more.
Say quietly: It’s safe to shed. It’s safe to shift.
Rest in the knowing that space creates possibility.

⚓️ Uncaged
When you feel like you’re dimming down, trying to fit in, or feeling small.
Sit somewhere quiet—outside if you can, or near a window.
Close your eyes and imagine a version of you that is completely wild and free.
What does this version wear?
How do they move?
What does their life look and feel like?
Picture this version of you dancing barefoot in the sun, belly laughing, or walking with that untouchable glow.
When ready, say aloud:
I remember who I am.
I am wild. I am free. I am enough.
Seal it with a shake, a stretch, or a song. Let your body exhale the pressure to shrink.
Let this be your moment to come back to you—unfiltered, untamed, unforgettable.
